Please note for BBC Complaints:
1.E-mail or write to the BBC, always including the name of the broadcast, time and date and make your point as clearly and politely as possible. Expect a written response within 10 working days.
2.If you are not satisfied with the BBC’s response, please press your points further by:
3.Contacting the person, or department who replied, requesting a further response to your complaint.
4.If the second response is still unsatisfactory: within 20 days, write to Editorial Complaints Unit (ECU), Room 5168, BBC White City, 201 Wood Lane, London W12 7TS. The ECU will investigate and respond
5.If you still think the BBC is wrong, within 20 days of their response: Appeal to BBC Trust, 180 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5QZ
If people do not appeal to the Trust, the BBC assumes its programme content is acceptable.
You may also complain to Ofcom, which regulates the BBC on matters of harm and offence, including the protection of children.
